3.6 Earthquake Rattles Inland Empire

A preliminary 3.6 earthquake shook the Inland Empire near Hemet on Sunday morning, according to the US Geological Survey.

The tremblor hit at 9:12 a.m. about 5 miles southeast of Valle Vista.

There were no immediate reports of injury or damage.
